FASEB Thanks Chairman Cassidy for Holding NIH Reform Hearing

FASEB sent a letter to Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee Chairman Bill Cassidy, MD, thanking the committee for holding the February 3 hearing on modernizing the National Institutes of Health (NIH). FASEB noted appreciation for Chairman Cassidy’s opening remarks that acknowledged recent actions at NIH that created uncertainty within the American research enterprise.
