Send a customized message and graphics to registrants. Sponsored E-blasts are sent two to three weeks before the event and one week after the event. No sponsored e-blasts will be scheduled the week before or the week of the meeting. Includes open and click data post-event (Limit: 2 sponsored E-blasts per event).

Terms and Conditions

  • Tabletop Exhibits: A limited number of tabletop exhibits are available for our Gold or Platinum sponsors. Exhibiting staff must be registered and responsible for their own valuables, shipment, and setup/breakdown. FASEB and the venue do not provide security, insurance coverage, or labor support for exhibits.
  • Payment & Fees: Sponsorship payments are due 30 days before the event. A 5% Facilities & Administrative (F&A) fee applies to all sponsorships of $2,000 or more, unless prohibited by the terms of the sponsorship agreement.
  • Fund Allocation: Any sponsorship funds not allocated by organizers or claimed by recipients within 90 days after the event will be retained by FASEB for general operational purposes, unless otherwise specified in the sponsorship agreement.
  • Availability: All sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability. FASEB reserves the right to determine final benefit availability and fulfillment based on programmatic priorities and logistical feasibility.
