FASEB Provides Feedback on NIH Proposal to Limit Allowable Publishing Costs

On September 12, FASEB submitted comments to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in response to its Request for Information on Maximizing Research Funds by Limiting Allowable Publishing Costs. FASEB’s comments highlighted the risks associated with capping or eliminating the ability for researchers to utilize NIH grant funds to publish their work in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
