Adapting Communication Strategies for Today’s Pathology Learners

The Association for Molecular Pathology will present a free webinar at 3 pm ET on August 19 highlighting strategies for teaching and communicating with pathology trainees from a range of backgrounds and with different learning preferences.

Through a Q&A format, three pathologists at different stages of their careers will discuss how they tailor educational sessions to:

• Accommodate varied learning preferences
• Adjust for generational shifts in communication and feedback
• Help trainees from diverse backgrounds progress toward clinical independence

The event will also explore how to address performance concerns in a constructive way and motivate trainees with differing expectations, experiences, and learning paths.
