FASEB Submits Comments on NSF Survey of Doctorate Recipients

On March 4, FASEB responded to the Request for Comments on the National Science Foundation’s (NSF’s) Survey of Doctorate Recipients. Reiterating prior comments on NSF’s Survey of Graduate Students and Postdoctorates in Science and Engineering, FASEB encouraged NSF to update demographic metrics collected to better represent today’s workforce with personal identity and intersectionality at the forefront. FASEB looks forward to swift implementation of recommendations from the Federal Interagency Working Group on Measuring Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.
