FASEB Responds to USDA on Increasing Public Access to USDA-Funded Research Results

On November 10, FASEB submitted comments to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) after participating in stakeholder listening sessions regarding increasing public access to results of USDA-funded research and being able to provide feedback on the proposed implementation plan. To implement USDA’s public access policy, FASEB recommended three overarching approaches to increase engagement with the research community. FASEB also encouraged USDA to partner with scientific societies like FASEB to maximize their networking capabilities.
