FASEB Provides Feedback on Draft NIH Data Management and Sharing Plan

Recognizing the importance of clear guidelines and expectations for data management and sharing to furthering biological and biomedical discoveries, FASEB appreciated the opportunity to provide feedback to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on its draft policy for data management and sharing and supplemental guidance. In its comments, FASEB highlighted areas in which NIH had incorporated prior suggestions to minimize administrative burden and foster compliance as well as areas in which additional clarification are still needed.
