FASEB Offers Feedback on Broadening Engagement in Federal Regulatory Process

On March 3, FASEB submitted comments to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in response to its recommendations to broaden public engagement in the federal regulatory process. FASEB’s comments echoed those made in response to previous requests for information issued by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy in 2021 and 2022 regarding communication of proposed regulatory actions.
