2023 Abstracts and Posters
Want to share cutting-edge research findings with colleagues? Consider submitting an abstract for a talk or e-poster.
How to Submit
When completing registration for the conference, registrants are welcome to submit an abstract. The registration completion page, as well as the registration confirmation email sent to registrants, contains a link to upload abstracts.
Abstract Tips
Abstracts must be in English and limited to 5,000 characters.
• List the presenting author first on the abstract.
• Presenting authors (who may be a substitute for the primary author) must be registered to attend.
• Refer to the abstract confirmation email for how to access and edit an abstract after submission.
• Abstract submission is optional for attendees, but it is required for invited speakers and session chairs who are speaking.
Abstracts for Talks
All submitted abstracts are considered for a talk. The submitter will receive an email notification approximately three weeks before the conference. The submitter will present a talk and an e-poster. Presenters will upload an e-poster in the conference app (accessible only by registered conference attendees, in-person or remote) to augment their in-person presentation.
To upload an e-poster, one week prior to the conference, submitters will receive an email with log-in information for the conference app.
Declined Abstracts
Conference organizers and/or FASEB staff reserve the right to decline any submitted abstract that lacks scientific content or merit, merely announces the availability of a resource or service, or is found not in compliance with the “Speaker Terms and Media Release.” It is inappropriate to submit an abstract with obvious commercial intent.
