Important Deadlines for 2017

On-site registration is not permitted.

All dates and times are based on the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Abstracts must be submitted at the time of registration.  The last day to register, final date for abstracts to be included in the program, and requests for short talk consideration are the same - see date "Last Day to Register" below.

Registration rates increase $150.00 USD after the early bird registration deadlines.  Registration remains open until the Last Day to Register passes or until the maximum number of attendees have registered, whichever comes first.

If for some reason you need to cancel your registration and/or bus reservation (if applicable), complete a Cancellation Notification Form and email it to src@faseb.org (not the hotel or conference site)  by the cancellation deadline for your conference. See the above deadline dates for the final day that FASEB will accept a cancellation notice.  All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.  Refunds will not be processed for cancellations received after the conference cancellation deadline.
