On this page you will find important information in regard to deadline dates for submitting an application for consideration, speaker/session chair registration, and cancellation dates. Also by selecting from one of the links along the lefthand side of the page you will find our policies related to abstract submission, cancelling a registration, child policy, housing and payment policies. Early Deadline Dates

All dates and times are based on the Eastern Standard Time (EST) Zone

You may apply/register online after these dates;
however, the registration fee will be $100 higher.

On site registration is not permitted.

Submit your application early!

Applications will continue to be accepted until the maximum number of participants have been accepted to attend or sixteen (16) days prior to the start of the conference whichever comes first.
