CURRENT RESERVATION OR NEED TO MAKE A NEW RESERVATION
Changes: Between March 8 and March 13, the housing bureau will be downloading your reservation to the hotel. Therefore you are not able to make changes/cancellations to your reservation during this period. Beginning March 13 changes and cancellations should be made directly with the hotel (see telephone numbers listed below), not the housing bureau.
Cancellations/Refunds: After March 8, cancellations must be made directly with the hotel (see telephone numbers below). Cancellations made between March 8 and 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will be refunded less a processing fee of $18. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
New Reservations: If you have not yet made a reservation, please contact one of the hotels below for availability or click on the "overflow housing reservations" link below to search for hotels with the best rate in the downtown area. Please note the convention rate will no longer be available at the official EB hotels.

Shuttle buses to and from the Convention Center will NOT be provided. Experimental Biology cannot guarantee that hotel rooms will be available at the group rates after the deadline. Note that the headquarter hotels (the San Francisco Marriott and Argent Hotels) always sell out well in advance of the deadlines.
