Exhibit Hall/Booth Information

Height Restrictions: Standard in-line booths & multiple standard booths:  8 feet
  Island Booths:  16 feet

Hall Colors: Red/white/blue drapes. The hall is not carpeted.  Exhibitors are required to carpet their booth/display.  Aisles will be carpeted in red.

Location:  San Diego Convention Center, Halls A, B, C, D

Dates:
Exhibit Set-up:  Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Exhibits Open:  Sunday and Monday, April 3 and 4, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Tuesday, April 5, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Exhibit Tear-down:  Tuesday, April 5, 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Wednesday, April 6, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Costs:  $2,100 inside booth; $2,150 corner booth

 The EAC provides valuable information and advice to the officers and staff of Experimental Biology concerning the rules and regulations for exhibiting.  Any violations, questions or comments should be brought to the attention of an EAC member.  They can be identified on-site by green badge ribbons.
