SAVE $50 - REGISTER EARLY BEFORE

Participants are encouraged to register early.  The registration form (on-line or fax) should be completed before Monday, December 19, 2005 to receive the lowest registration rate. After this date, participants may continue to register on-line or by fax, but at the advance/on-site rates. 

All registrants will recieve a confirmation by email.

Registrations received before January 6, 2006 will be mailed the badge, program/abstract/briefcase pick-up coupon and any tickets purchased.  All international attendees will pick-up the materials on-site; the badge, coupon and tickets will not be mailed in advance.

On-site registration at the Tampa Convention Center begins on Saturday, March 31, at 11:00 AM.

*Membership application must be completed and accompany the registration form. Student fee includes complimentary student membership at no additional cost. To obtain complimentary membership, complete the membership application.

MEMBERS/NONMEMBERS/STUDENTS
The registration fee for members, nonmembers and students includes entrance to all scientific sessions, exhibits, opening reception, daily continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and briefcase that will contain the program and abstracts.  Students must have their department head sign the registration form in order to qualify for the reduced fee. 

GUESTS (Family Members)

Guest registration will be available only on-site.  The fee for guests (exclusively for spouses and other nonscientist family members) includes entrance to the exhibits, opening reception, daily continental breakfast and coffee breaks.  Guest tickets can be purchased on-site for the Closing Social. 

PRESS
Press badges will be issued at the registration desk only to members of the working press and freelance writers bearing a letter of assignment from an editor. Representatives from allied fields (public relations, public information, public affairs, etc.) must pay the non-member fee.

PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment must be made by the following methods:

Credit card payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa or American Express. The charge will appear on your Visa, MasterCard or American Express as a charge from FED AMER SOC EXPR BIOLOGY, BETHESDA, MD.

Check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars made payable to the ABRF 2007 Annual Meeting. Checks drawn on non-U.S. banks and/or written in non-U.S. currency will be returned and registrations will not be processed.

U.S. or international money order in U.S. dollars made payable to the ABRF 2007 Annual Meeting.

Purchase orders will not be accepted as payment of registration.

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
Registration fees and tickets will be refunded, if your written cancellation request is received by the ABRF Meeting Department by Monday, December 19, 2006. There will be a $25 processing fee for any registration cancellation.  Fax refund/cancellation
