The deadline for special function space requests was October 25. In order to reserve meeting space at the headquarter hotel (the San Diego Marriott & Marina), you must contact the hotel directly. You must first complete the enclosed Application forms and email it to eb@faseb.org for approval. If we receive your form prior to January 10, we can still list your event in the Program. After this date we can only list your event in the addendum. After we have approved your event, we will forward it to the hotel and ask the hotel to assign meeting space. You will work directly with the hotel in making other arrangements.
