Registration

All registrants will receive a confirmation/receipt for registration by e-mail. 

Registration Deadline

Please note that registration will be closed as of April 23rd and will not reopen until we are on-site at the Budapest Sportarena on Friday, May 16th.   If you intend to register at the Congress in Budapest, please be aware that we will only be accepting US Dollars or Euros.  There will be an additional processing fee of $30 USD to collect your cash on-site.   We will also accept credit cards at no additional cost.

Payment of Fees

Register before March 7 to receive the discounted registration fee.  Registration may be paid by check or credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express only).  Checks must be written on U.S. or Canadian banks (in U.S. funds) and made payable to ISAC.  Purchase orders will not be accepted.

Included in Registration Fees

Full registration includes admission to all Congress sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, happy hours, receptions and the Congress Gala.  There is an additional charge for the Introductory Courses scheduled Friday and Saturday at the University and for the Scientific Tutorials scheduled Saturday at the Sport Arena.

Scientific Tutorials

1 Tutorial           $130

2 Tutorials         $175

3 Tutorials         $220

Non-Member Registration

Full non-member registration includes membership in ISAC for 2008, including a subscription to the ISAC journal, Cytomery. 

Student Registration

Students must have a department head or research advisor certify student eligibility.  If registering online, enter the name and e-mail address of your department head.  If registering at the meeting, bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your department head.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be submitted to the ISAC Congress Management Office in writing.  Cancellations received by May 5, 2008 will be subject to a $100 processing fee.  No refunds will be made after May 5.
