Cancellation And Refunds

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent directly to the ISAC Registration Office.
The cancellation charges are:
On or before March 31, 2008......No charge
On or before May. 1, 2008......50% of Total Amount
After May. 1 , 2008......100% of Total Amount
*This policy also applies to Workshops/Presentations.

Refunds

Refunds will be made during or after the conference period. Deductions of bank and/or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties will apply. If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the that credit card, and if by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account. Communication costs are not refundable.
