Career Development Seminar Speaker

Naledi Saul, M.P.M.

Ms. Naledi Saul has been providing career-related counseling and programming to students and scholars for more than a decade. Currently, she serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Career and Professional Development at the University of California, San Francisco, where she advises graduate and professional school students, and postdoctoral scholars, on a wide variety of topics related to careers in the biomedical and health sciences.

Ms. Saul's responsibilities involve designing programs addressing a range of
professional and career development skills, including oral and written
communication skills, mentorship, career exploration, employment search
strategies, and work/life balance issues. Her particular expertise includes
working with health professionals pursuing domestic and international
careers in the public health arena. She has also previously served as an
Advisor to the Career Forum at Science magazine¹s online resource,
Sciencecareers.org.

Her previous professional experience includes serving as the Assistant Dean
of Students and Assistant Director of the Career Center at Amherst College,
and as an Assistant Director of the Career Development Center at Mount
Holyoke College. She holds a Master of Public Management degree from the
University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from
Spelman College.
