Office of Public Affairs
The FASEB Office of Public Affairs (OPA) works with the representatives of FASEB’s 23 member societies to develop and promote policies to advance research and education in the biological and biomedical sciences. The OPA provides analytic, communications, and technical support for FASEB’s public policy initiatives. FASEB is the recognized voice of the biomedical researcher, and it is the organization that legislators, federal agencies, and the media turn to for information on policies related to biomedical science and engineering. By speaking with a single voice, our member societies can increase the impact of their message and maximize their influence on public policy.
